Goals of Therapy: Decrease frequency, intensity, and duration of vertigo. Decrease related symptoms such as headache, nausea, and lightheadedness. Improve balance. Increase independence. Develop compensatory strategies for coping with dizziness, disequilibrium, and anxiety.
