The staff was wonderful This is the second time that I had to go. First was for the shoulder a few years ago and now my knee. Always courteous and very friendly and pleasant.

I had an excellent experience. My therapists were helpful and gave suggestions for post-therapy. They were respectful and we also laughed and joked about things, which made it go smoothly when it could have been a drag to be there.

Mike, the PT, was friendly and informative. He clearly explained all of my treatments. Rose, the office assistant, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had no problems getting convenient appointments. A wonderful staff!

When I went to WESTARM, I was very skeptical. However, I was met with smiles and I felt at home. They explained the exercises, etc. and were careful not to cause me any pain. They are wonderful have become almost my 2nd family. And, don't change anyone - my orders. Love them.

Even if I was a little late, they accommodated me! WESTARM went that extra mile to make sure I was warm! I am always cold. I was always greeted upon arrival and treated courteously by the staff. They are awesome! I was very satisfied with the therapy staff and treatment plan. It helped me tremendously.

I've already recommended WESTARM. I've been in a lot of physical therapy programs and none can compare to the awesomeness of this facility and staff!

Everything was great. I was scared, apprehensive and nervous, but Rich and Anita--even the other patients--made me feel very much at ease. Therapy became a comfort place for me. I really miss being there. I plan to use this facility next year when I have my other knee replaced.
