Insurance Plans Participation

WESTARM Therapy Services accepts most major health plans and is participating in most local and national managed care organizations. We can also service patients with UPMC Health Plan utilizing their out of network benefits. Patients are advised to check their insurance for participation of WESTARM in their network.

As a service to our patients we will verify insurance benefits and inform patients of any deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance and policy limitations. Our Office Assistant will explain these benefits to you during your first visit. Many managed care plans have a co-pay which will be collected at each visit. For patient's convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, cash or personal checks. If you have further questions about your coverage, please contact your insurance company to clarify your physical therapy benefits and policy limitations.
